It is our desire to provide exceptional gymnastics instruction for all abilities and ages. We believe this can be achieved by providing high quality instruction in a fun, interactive atmosphere that encourages positive self-esteem, safety and lifelong physical fitness.
Programs
Preschool Program
Our preschool program offers a variety of classes for beginning gymnasts’ ages 18 mos. – 4 years. Each class is designed according to age and ability, starting with our parent and me class and through our instructor led classes. All classes focus on health, safety and basic gymnastics instruction including strength and flexibility. We take pride in providing an excellent and progressive preschool program all while having tons of fun with our little gymnasts!

Makenna Cox
Head Coach
Makenna comes back to us as a graduate from Concordia University. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science/Kinesiology, and a Masters Degree in Coaching and Exercise Science.
​
Makenna was an Assistant Coach at Concordia University Irvine's nationally-ranked stunt team. She has lead her team to many victories in the past 3 years. Makenna also led the stunt team as the captain for three prior years as an athlete.
​
Last, but not least, she comes to us with an extensive gymnastics background. She competed for 14 out of 17 years in the sport. She has trained with Olympians and at Woodward. Her extreme love of the sport led her to compete as an adult. As a former 360 athlete and coach, we are thrilled and excited for the future of our gym with Makenna leading the way.
